Job Description
The role involves leading go-to-market enablement programs for Samsara's product solutions, focusing on asset management and safety risk, while supporting sales productivity and change management initiatives. The position requires developing training strategies and resources to empower sellers in delivering value to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead GTM enablement programs for product solutions with emphasis on Asset Management and Safety Risk
- Support company-wide change management initiatives to increase sales productivity
- Maintain end-to-end ownership of solution-based training strategy and enablement materials
- Facilitate instructor-led training and develop resources for Account Executives
- Champion and embed Samsara's cultural principles
Requirements
- 3-5 years of GTM enablement experience for a multi product technology company.
- Established expertise customizing enablement strategies for industry verticals with an emphasis on company differentiation.
- Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining sales facing enablement resources.
- Track record of stakeholder management across sales, product, product marketing, marketing, and sales strategy to drive effective product and feature rollouts.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts using clear and concise language.
- Remote work location must be in Canada.
