Job Description
The Program Manager will lead operational excellence for the Operations Program Management Team, overseeing all operational activities from New Product Introduction (NPI) to End of Life (EOL) while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize efficiencies and drive process improvements.
Responsibilities
- •Lead multiple Operations teams on NPI Sustaining EOL activities.
- •Manage products services programs with cross-functional stakeholders.
- •Optimize product transitions to improve time to market and reduce excess and obsolete expenses.
- •Drive planning and execution of deliverables for scaling volume and quality.
- •Implement process improvement initiatives through cross-functional collaboration.
- •Provide program visibility to stakeholders via portals, dashboards, and metrics.
- •Communicate project strategy, risks, and dependencies effectively.
Requirements
- •10 years of a strong, proven track record in one or more of the following disciplines: Program and Project Management, New Product Introduction, Sustaining EOL.
- •5 years managing large scale, complex cross-functional global programs in a high-tech environment.
- •Sound organizational, project management, communication skills and material management knowledge.
- •Soft skills to appropriately influence and build trust with cross functional team members.
- •Track record of taking end-to-end ownership, solving problems and successfully delivering results.
- •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
- •Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Operations degree or equivalent experience.
- •Willingness to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Pure's policies.
