Job Description
The role involves developing and improving continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) infrastructure for data-intensive projects, automating deployment processes, and conducting quality assurance testing to ensure software quality. Candidates should have experience in QA methodologies, SQL, and programming, particularly in Python.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop continuous build integration infrastructure for data intensive projects
- Improve CI/CD tools integration and operations for quality assurance
- Automate deployment of Master Data Management applications using industry standard tools
- Develop automation and test scripts using Python and SQL
- Analyze and validate data-intensive applications, documenting and tracking bugs
- Conduct manual and automated tests to ensure software functionality
- Collaborate with QA teams to develop quality strategies and test plans
Requirements
- 4 years of proven experience as a QA test engineer or similar role
- Experience in QA methodologies
- Working knowledge of SQL and willingness to learn more
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- Proficiency in Python or other programming languages
- Strong organizational skills, able to satisfy multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively
- Ability to work from the Prague, Czech Republic office in compliance with Pure's policies
