Job Description
The Account Development Manager at Samsara will lead a team of Mid Market Development Representatives, focusing on coaching and developing sales talent while driving revenue growth through effective prospecting and lead generation strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- •Manage and motivate a team of 8-10 Mid Market Development Representatives (ADRs) to exceed their goals through coaching and development.
- •Leverage company tools and dashboards to enhance ADR performance.
- •Onboard and mentor ADRs both in person and virtually.
- •Collaborate with Sales Leadership to optimize pipeline and drive revenue.
- •Champion and embed Samsara's cultural principles within the team.
- •Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing team.
Requirements
- •3 years of sales experience
- •1 year experience managing a team
- •Deep understanding of SFDC
- •Proven ability to train, coach, and mentor Account Development Representatives
- •Management experience in SaaS or IoT space
- •Strong desire to coach
