Job Description
The Account Development Manager at Samsara will lead a team of Mid Market Development Representatives, focusing on coaching and developing sales talent while driving revenue growth through effective prospecting and lead generation strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of 8-10 Mid Market Development Representatives (ADRs) to exceed their goals through coaching and development.
- Leverage company tools and dashboards to enhance ADR performance.
- Onboard and mentor ADRs both in person and virtually.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to optimize pipeline and drive revenue.
- Champion and embed Samsara's cultural principles within the team.
- Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing team.
Requirements
- 3 years of sales experience
- 1 year experience managing a team
- Deep understanding of SFDC
- Proven ability to train, coach, and mentor Account Development Representatives
- Management experience in SaaS or IoT space
- Strong desire to coach
