Job Description
The Sales Operations Analyst at Samsara will support the growth and efficiency of global revenue-generating operations by collaborating with various teams, optimizing sales processes, and providing operational support in a dynamic IoT startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and development of new process policies
- Collaborate or lead projects that provide solutions
- Provide comprehensive sales operational support, including territory management and account management
- Quickly solve sales process pain points and develop long-term solutions
- Assist with upsell orders where applicable
- Oversee governance of all Sales Policies and run routine audits for compliance
- Administer all sales systems, including SFDC and other software tools
- Develop and lead training sessions for new sales hires
- Work cross-functionally to ensure changes to sales systems meet business needs
- Maintain key documentation regarding policies and sales processes
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales operations role, preferably at technology companies with a sales team of 200 people or experience in similar growth or operations roles in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Previous experience with Salesforce in an administrator capacity.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, economics, or engineering focus.
