Job Description

The Sales Operations Analyst at Samsara will support the growth and efficiency of global revenue-generating operations by collaborating with various teams, optimizing sales processes, and providing operational support in a dynamic IoT startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and development of new process policies
  • Collaborate or lead projects that provide solutions
  • Provide comprehensive sales operational support, including territory management and account management
  • Quickly solve sales process pain points and develop long-term solutions
  • Assist with upsell orders where applicable
  • Oversee governance of all Sales Policies and run routine audits for compliance
  • Administer all sales systems, including SFDC and other software tools
  • Develop and lead training sessions for new sales hires
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure changes to sales systems meet business needs
  • Maintain key documentation regarding policies and sales processes

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales operations role, preferably at technology companies with a sales team of 200 people or experience in similar growth or operations roles in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Previous experience with Salesforce in an administrator capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, economics, or engineering focus.
