Job Description
The role involves driving sales of IoT solutions to small and medium-sized customers, focusing on building relationships and generating pipeline through strategic prospecting and closing deals. The position requires a proactive approach to understanding customer needs and delivering impactful technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to close.
- Generate pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
- Target accounts with 11-30 vehicles.
- Handle and own the transactional sales process with high volume demands.
- Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a closing sales role.
- Proven track record of consistent quota achievement.
- Experience selling in the commercial space with small to medium deal sizes.
- Experience with high-volume cold calling.
- Experience in fast-paced, transactional sales.
- Must demonstrate a growth mindset and a willingness to be collaborative with teammates and in the selling process.
- Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC).

Compensation/salary range: 106,050 - 151,500 USD
