Job Description
The role involves designing, developing, and expanding data assets to support business intelligence and advanced analytics, while maintaining the enterprise data warehouse system. The position requires collaboration with engineers and data scientists to manage data quality and develop efficient data processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and expand data assets for business intelligence and analytics.
- Maintain and support the enterprise data warehouse system and data marts.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and data scientists to understand data needs.
- Develop solutions for managing core master data and quality.
- Design, build, and launch data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Ensure data safety and manage the data management life cycle.
- Communicate with internal team members and stakeholders for requirements clarification.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience with SQL, ETL, data modelling, and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C++, C#, Scala, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with data quality management capabilities and analysis.
- Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools (e.g., Airflow).
- Experience with stream-processing systems (e.g., Spark-Streaming, Kafka).
- Deep experience building data management.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence decisions.
- Program Management capabilities to successfully deliver in this role.
- Ability to work from the Prague, Czech Republic office in compliance with Pure's policies.
