Job Description
The Senior Partner Marketing Manager for GSIs at Celonis is responsible for leading marketing strategy and execution with strategic global partners, developing and implementing marketing programs to enhance awareness, drive joint demand, and increase partner-driven pipeline. This role requires a deep understanding of the Global System Integrator ecosystem and involves collaboration with various teams to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
- •Develop and execute marketing strategies that align GSI engagement with business objectives and revenue goals.
- •Create a 1:1 ABM plan for partners to increase awareness and drive business outcomes.
- •Collaborate with regional partner marketing and field marketing teams to design and implement demand generation campaigns.
- •Work with GSI partners and external agencies to develop co-branded content and showcase joint successes.
- •Build strong relationships with partner managers and ecosystem stakeholders for seamless execution of campaigns.
- •Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to optimize marketing investments and measure partner-driven pipeline growth.
- •Partner with the events team to drive partner attendance and ensure a high-value experience at flagship events.
Requirements
- •6 years marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on GSIs or large-scale technology partnerships.
- •Strong understanding of the GSI ecosystem, partner dynamics, and co-marketing best practices.
- •Strong ability to translate high-level strategies into operational plans and execute them effectively across regions and teams.
- •Experience managing global marketing initiatives and aligning with regional execution teams.
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- •Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, execute with attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlines.
- •Advanced ability to analyze performance metrics and use insights to guide decision-making.
- •Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools, and reporting platforms.
- •Fluent in English.
