Job Description
The HR Business Partner will implement and shape the global HR strategy at the country level in Germany, advising the leadership team on HR priorities and promoting employee engagement, diversity, and organizational development. This role involves remote work with some travel within Germany and requires strong communication and HR management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise and support the leadership team on HR strategy priorities
- Enhance succession planning and contribute to organizational development
- Provide executive coaching and development
- Promote employee experience through initiatives and change management
- Advance diversity and inclusion efforts and increase employee engagement
- Evaluate social and HR trends and implement suitable measures
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, International Cultural and Business Studies or a related field
- 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar role
- General knowledge in the HR context and German labor law, as well as change management
- High proficiency in using Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent German and English language skills at level C1/C2
- Willingness to travel within Germany on a regular basis
