Job Description
The Global Campaigns Lead at Celonis is responsible for planning, building, and executing integrated global marketing campaigns that drive awareness and generate demand across the buyer's journey, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver integrated global marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
- Manage the creation and activation of campaign assets and targeted content.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to execute digital campaigns.
- Create and maintain email nurture campaigns in partnership with content and email marketing teams.
- Partner with marketing operations to define, report, and interpret campaign results.
- Leverage analytical insights to drive effective decisions and corrective action.
- Collaborate with cross-functional peers in various marketing and sales teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years in B2B Marketing in the technology industry preferred.
- 5 years in global integrated campaigns.
- Proven experience building and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns based on a foundation of data and analysis optimizing reach, awareness, and nurture, and adjusting for optimization.
- Experience collaborating across multiple cross-functional teams and departments, building effective relationships to drive action and influence change.
- Strong project management skills including production schedules, stakeholder coordination, budgets, and agency vendor oversight with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, execute with attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Exceptional Business proficiency in English.
- Strong presentation skills and confidence in communicating with cross-functional leaders.
