Job Description
The Business Intelligence Analyst will generate and prepare data-driven insights to optimize marketing, service, and sales activities, utilizing tools like Power BI and SQL to analyze customer journeys and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct customer journey analyses to identify trends and derive actionable recommendations.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports in Power BI and Google Sheets.
- Automate and optimize data processes while ensuring data quality using Python, SQL, and Databricks.
- Support marketing teams with planning, forecasting, and monitoring of target KPIs.
- Create country-specific analyses to drive growth and optimize digital marketing channels.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Science teams.
- Prepare results in the form of presentations, reports, and summaries for stakeholders.
Requirements
- A completed degree in business administration, economics, data science, or a comparable analytical field.
- Several years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analytics, CRM, or a similar analytical area.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of statistics and data modeling.
- Extensive experience with tools like Power BI, Google Data Studio, Databricks, and ideally Python, SQL, or similar technologies.
- Experience in analyzing CRM, call center, and or performance marketing data.
- Language skills in German and English at least Level C1.
