Job Description
The role involves supporting high-impact projects within the Finance Transformation Office at Celonis, focusing on project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverables. Candidates will gain exposure to various business areas and systems while preparing project documentation and assisting in system implementation testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute project objectives and milestones.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including plans, RACIs, management updates, and presentations.
- Support system implementation testing, user acceptance testing, and data migration.
- Work closely with implementation partners on new systems and applications.
Requirements
- Student of Business Administration or Management, Project Management, Finance, or similar educational track
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills that will be utilized in discussions with project stakeholders
- Demonstrate initiative and work independently
- Prior experience with MS Office and Google Workspace
- Fluent in English
