Job Description
The Director of Partner Sales will lead the expansion and management of PosiGen's solar contractor partner network, focusing on building strong relationships and implementing strategic sales plans to enhance business growth. This role requires B2B sales expertise and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams while ensuring partner satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- •Lead a high-performing team to manage and expand PosiGen's contractor partner network.
- •Build and maintain strong relationships with partners through various communication methods.
- •Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow the contractor partner business.
- •Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain proactive communication with partners.
- •Forecast sales volumes for the partner network and meet sales and partner engagement targets.
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the contractor partner program with organizational goals.
- •Organize and manage client events, meetings, and presentations.
Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- •Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales-related role, with a proven track record in cold calling and lead qualification.
- •2 years of experience in the residential solar industry.
- •Ability to frequently lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds.
- •Vision requirements include the ability to focus at close and long distances, distinguish colors, maintain peripheral awareness, perceive depth, and make precise focus adjustments.
