Job Description
The Senior Partner Manager for Switzerland at Celonis will be responsible for developing and executing the partner strategy to drive revenue growth with key Swiss partners, including Big 4 and regional system integrators. This role involves managing partnerships, supporting go-to-market activities, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance strategic alliances.
Responsibilities
- •Drive revenue growth with Swiss focus partners.
- •Align closely with the local Celonis team to enhance and expand strategic partnerships.
- •Manage joint sales engagements and broaden partnerships across new service lines and industry verticals.
- •Develop and implement a comprehensive partner strategy for the Swiss market.
- •Foster relationships across various functional areas with partners.
- •Plan and execute go-to-market initiatives and partner enablement activities.
- •Expand partnerships into new strategic areas.
- •Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- •Organize and lead partner community events.
- •Effectively communicate the Celonis partnership value proposition.
Requirements
- •5 years of experience in partner management, sales, or business development ideally with Big 4 firms, global or regional system integrators (SIs), or SaaS providers.
- •Fluency in German and English, both verbal and written.
- •Willingness to travel up to 25% within DACH and globally.
- •Background in Business Administration, Economics, or Information Systems.
