Job Description
The Account Executive - Land at Celonis is responsible for driving new logo acquisition within enterprise accounts in the Insurance sector, managing the entire sales cycle, and building relationships with key stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that address customer needs.
Responsibilities
- •Identify and develop new opportunities within a defined territory targeting enterprise accounts.
- •Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and qualification to closing six-figure deals.
- •Build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers across multiple lines of business.
- •Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and demonstrate how Celonis solutions can address their challenges.
- •Present use-case-specific pitches and demos to highlight the measurable impact of Celonis solutions.
- •Collaborate with Big 4 consulting firms, SaaS providers, and industry partners to enhance value propositions.
- •Partner with internal teams to drive success in sales efforts.
Requirements
- •8 years experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a strong track record of success in securing new business and consistently achieving revenue targets.
- •Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within large enterprise accounts.
- •Familiarity with enterprise business applications such as Analytics, BI, or ERP, with the ability to engage with C-level executives (e.g., CFO, COO, CSCO, CPO).
- •A solid understanding of business processes and key performance indicators across functions like Finance and Supply Chain.
- •Experience or knowledge selling to the Insurance industry.
- •Exceptional presentation and storytelling abilities to confidently influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- •A team-oriented approach, leveraging internal and external resources to achieve shared goals.
