Job Description

The Process Orchestration Solution Specialist at Celonis is responsible for engaging with customers to demonstrate the value of Process Orchestration solutions, architecting and building these solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the Celonis platform. This role requires a blend of process expertise, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to drive customer success and support the growth of the Process Orchestration offering.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospects and customers to drive understanding of Process Orchestration Solutions.
  • Architect, test, and build Process Orchestration solutions that deliver customer value.
  • Support go-to-market teams in communicating the benefits of Process Orchestration.
  • Identify and translate customer strategic priorities into impactful process orchestration use cases.
  • Build demos and business cases to demonstrate value to customers.
  • Facilitate delivery and present results to Senior Management and C-level executives.
  • Develop a library of orchestration use cases through collaboration with Value Engineering.
  • Create a strategic expansion and adoption roadmap for customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the Celonis platform based on new use cases.
  • Run roadshows and enablement sessions to support the GTM organization.

Requirements

  • Strong experience as a successful Pre-Sales Engineer OR a customer-facing Professional Services Consulting.
  • Extensive experience in Process Orchestration and Automation.
  • Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures, being a change agent and training users process owners to realize value.
  • In-depth knowledge of business process intelligence and automation solutions and their application in optimizing business processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, present solutions, and conduct training sessions.
  • Confident presentation skills to represent Celonis products in front of customers and at field events such as conferences, summits, seminars, etc.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex processes across various systems to identify potential orchestration use cases, derive solution designs and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team, sharing insights and knowledge for the overall success of Celonis Orchestration team and the organization.
  • Degree in Technology Management, Industrial Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or a comparable degree program.
