Job Description
The Senior Services Consultant at Celonis will be part of agile project teams focused on accelerating customer digital transformation through data-driven insights and process improvements, leveraging Celonis technology to enhance operational efficiency and drive product adoption.
Responsibilities
- •Deliver optimal solutions in agile Celonis implementation project teams
- •Design analyses and execution apps incorporating Machine Learning and Task Mining
- •Uncover process inefficiencies and understand root causes through customer collaboration
- •Facilitate value creation workshops and align measures to improve process inefficiencies
- •Quantify business and financial potential and present insights to management
- •Implement Celonis Process Automation technology to streamline customer processes
- •Monitor KPIs to measure customer success and enable continuous process improvement
- •Ensure customer enablement for ongoing process improvement
Requirements
- •Native in Japanese, and business level in English.
- •5 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area with SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, or Matlab.
- •Successfully completed your studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program.
- •Excellent analytical skills, well organized and known for being a quick learner.
- •Strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with various customers to understand and interpret business processes.
