Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Partner at Celonis is responsible for developing a strong candidate pipeline for Product Engineering roles, utilizing innovative sourcing techniques and collaborating with hiring managers to attract top talent for the company's rapid growth.
Responsibilities
- •Gather and analyze data on the Product and Engineering talent market.
- •Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- •Initiate contact with potential candidates and build relationships.
- •Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- •Stay up-to-date with sourcing best practices and tools.
- •Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and databases.
- •Act as a brand ambassador for the company.
Requirements
- •5-10 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, specifically within the tech industry, with a focus on product and engineering roles.
- •Proven track record of identifying and engaging passive candidates through various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other platforms.
- •Strong understanding of technical skill sets, programming languages, and the general landscape of product and engineering roles.
- •Experience in prospect reachout with demonstrated ability to build and execute a prospect engagement plan, craft personalized, compelling outreach messages that resonate with potential candidates and effectively communicate the value proposition of the company and the specific role.
- •Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools; experience with platforms like Greenhouse or similar ATS systems.
- •Experience in screening candidates, with the ability to assess qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit based on resumes, interviews, and other assessment tools.
- •Demonstrated success in building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates, leveraging both traditional and innovative sourcing techniques.
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- •Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple sourcing projects and priorities simultaneously.
