Job Description
The Client Partner at Celonis will lead account management for strategic global customers in Switzerland, focusing on optimizing their business processes through the company's Process Mining technology. This role involves building relationships with C-level stakeholders, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through collaboration with various internal teams.
Responsibilities
- •Serve as the account lead for a small set of global strategic customers.
- •Engage with key business stakeholders, including C-level management.
- •Build trusted relationships with customers to understand their business initiatives and challenges.
- •Identify opportunities for the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform to improve performance.
- •Deliver presentations to senior executives outlining opportunities and business cases.
- •Achieve individual revenue targets by closing six-figure deals.
- •Collaborate with partners and internal teams to drive new business opportunities.
- •Lead contract negotiations to drive significant business value.
Requirements
- •Approx. 7 to 10 years of total relevant work experience, including 4 years in Management Business Process Consulting, with complementary experience in SaaS Sales, In-house Consulting, or similar areas.
- •Proven experience in engaging with stakeholders at the C-level (CFO, CPO, COO, etc.).
- •Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of processes and KPIs within the domains of Finance and Supply Chain.
- •Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior Line of Business (LOB) stakeholders.
- •Solid understanding of the Pharmaceutical, Chemical or Manufacturing industry.
- •Fluent in English, with proficiency in German and/or French.
- •Ability to adapt to a fast moving, ever changing, high growth environment and approach challenges with positivity, creative thinking, and a growth mindset.
- •Willingness to be collaborative, inclusive, to embrace diversity and to have strong interpersonal skills.
