Job Description

The Location Manager will oversee operations in Bend, Oregon, focusing on Fire Sprinkler and Suppression Systems while ensuring business growth and high employee and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include mentoring the field team, meeting financial targets, and fostering industry relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the location in Bend, Oregon, focusing on Fire Sprinkler Systems, Suppression Systems, and Portables.
  • Balance business growth with employee and customer satisfaction.
  • Strive for financial and operational targets for future growth.
  • Mentor and lead the field team, including conducting performance reviews and training.
  • Ensure team revenue, margin targets, and KPIs are met or exceeded.
  • Participate in site visits for mentorship, training, and performance validation.
  • Develop relationships with local AHJs and industry associations to influence code development.
  • Foster cross-team learning opportunities and maintain a positive culture.
  • Manage revenue, margins, and operating expenses to achieve business plan projections.

Requirements

  • 1 year of progressive responsibility in Fire Life Safety management with demonstrated ability to lead and develop a field team, as well as tactically lead, motivate and direct personnel toward achievement of a common goal.
  • Additional skills and experience and knowledge in Operations, Construction and Service.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Must be able to travel for off-site meetings, job walks and other industry events.
  • Able to constantly lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Proven ability to work in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and service management software to track performance and run reports as needed to manage to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Proven abilities to work with Office 365 suite, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive and OneNote.
