Job Description
The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing support to partners using the company's products and services, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring seamless experiences. This role involves problem-solving, advocating for partner feedback, and meeting service level agreements.
Responsibilities
- •Troubleshoot technical issues for partners
- •Find resolutions for partner requests
- •Review partner queries and provide creative solutions
- •Leverage knowledge to assist partners with technical challenges
- •Advocate for partners by sharing feedback with the Product team
- •Meet SLAs for response time and issue resolution lead time
Requirements
