Job Description
The role involves engaging with small to medium-sized customers to sell Internet of Things solutions, focusing on building relationships and generating sales through strategic prospecting and qualification. Candidates will manage the sales process from start to finish, targeting accounts with 11-30 vehicles and working in a fast-paced, transactional sales environment.
Responsibilities
- •Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to close.
- •Generate pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and receive inbound leads.
- •Target accounts with 11-30 vehicles.
- •Handle and own transactional sales processes with high volume demands.
- •Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles.
Requirements
- •1 year of experience in a closing sales role.
- •Proven track record of consistent quota achievement.
- •Experience selling in the commercial space with small to medium deal sizes.
- •Experience with high-volume cold calling.
- •Experience in fast-paced, transactional sales.
- •Must demonstrate a growth mindset and a willingness to be collaborative with teammates and in the selling process.
- •Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC).
