The Retail Project Manager at Jushi Holdings Inc. is responsible for managing projects and process deployment for new store openings, collaborating across various departments to ensure successful retail dispensary launches. This role requires project management experience and a background in retail, focusing on creating efficient workflows and innovative processes.
Responsibilities
- •Manage projects and process deployment for New Store Openings
- •Conduct initial scope and needs assessment
- •Develop process plans and change management protocols
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Construction, Marketing, Retail, HR, IT, Security, and Finance
- •Create workflows to align moving parts for opening retail dispensaries
Requirements
- •Experience in retail support or leadership roles, having started on a retail floor.
- •Project management software experience.
- •Attention to detail, creativity, and excellent writing and people management skills.
- •Ability to manage projects and process deployment for New Store Openings from initial scope and needs assessment to developing a process plan and changing management protocol.
- •Cross-functional collaboration with Construction, Marketing, Retail, HR, IT, Security, and Finance.
