Job Description
The Associate Value Engineer role at Celonis involves collaborating with customers to address their business challenges using Process Intelligence technology, while participating in a 12-month graduate program focused on hands-on learning and mentorship. This position requires travel to the DACH region and aims to develop essential skills in value engineering and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- •Work as part of the DACH Value Engineering team on customer engagements
- •Collaborate with customers to uncover core business challenges and determine how Celonis Process Intelligence can help achieve their objectives
- •Pitch the Celonis AI value proposition and align solutions with customer AI strategies
- •Prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs
- •Execute proof projects showcasing the value of Celonis Process Intelligence
- •Collaborate with customers and partners to design and build solutions that drive value realization
- •Frame and present the strategic and quantitative business value of Celonis to senior executives
- •Build strong relationships with customers to act as a trusted advisor
- •Collaborate and share customer insights with internal Product and Engineering teams
- •Create reusable collateral and best practices within the Global VE Center of Excellence
- •Travel to the DACH region to meet clients in person
Requirements
- •Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in the field of Technology Management, Industrial Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a comparable degree program.
- •Work internship experience in a relevant field.
- •Fluency in English and German.
- •Willingness to travel to the DACH region to meet clients in person.
- •Ability to think analytically and creatively, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
- •Focus on creating and adding value for customers.
- •Ability to build relationships with senior management and influence decision-makers.
- •Confidence to present to C-level executives and larger audiences.
- •Effective communication skills.
