Job Description
The entry-level QAQC Inspector at Origis Energy is responsible for performing quality checks and oversight of construction practices on solar projects across the U.S., ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards under the supervision of the Site Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Sample and perform quality checks on solar projects
- Oversee construction practices and workmanship of subcontractors
- Set up, adjust, and operate testing equipment
- Record test results on electronic devices
- Report and communicate test results internally
- Clean, maintain, and calibrate testing equipment
- Assist in investigating technical problems
Requirements
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience required
- Basic understanding of construction practices and procedures
- Ability to maintain a high level of project quality and safety standards
- Proficient in MS Office and computer skills
- Must have basic math skills
- Work long hours in harsh environments
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
