Job Description
The Staff Product Manager at Redwood Materials will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of business applications, particularly Oracle ERP, to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize ERP solutions while acting as a key liaison between stakeholders and IT.
Responsibilities
- •Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ERP solutions.
- •Collaborate with business leaders and IT to define product roadmaps and system requirements.
- •Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of business applications.
- •Ensure seamless integration of Oracle ERP across relevant departments.
- •Act as the primary point of contact for ERP-related inquiries.
- •Provide leadership in developing scalable system solutions.
- •Facilitate training and documentation for user adoption.
- •Identify areas for process improvement and manage change control.
- •Analyze product data to drive strategic decisions and workflows.
Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- •Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, specifically with ERP implementations and optimizations.
- •Strong technical knowledge of ERP systems with a deep understanding of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing processes.
- •Proven track record of leading and delivering successful ERP solutions, preferably in large, complex organizations.
- •Strong knowledge of ERP modules Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.
- •Exceptional project management skills with experience overseeing large-scale ERP projects.
- •Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- •Ability to travel up to 25% to Redwood Materials or other key locations as required.
- •Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and or quantitative productivity standards.
- •Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
- •Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- •Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.
