Job Description
The role involves supporting production operations by fabricating, assembling, and wiring utility control panels, while collaborating with a small team in a fast-paced production facility. Opportunities for growth into engineering and field services are available.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret, analyze and provide constructive feedback on product designs and parts lists
- Gather parts, sub-assemblies, tools, and materials
- Perform wire cutting, stripping, labeling, drilling, tapping, and bolting according to specifications
- Assemble electrical components and fasten parts and sub-assemblies
- Conduct power testing utilizing knowledge of voltage, amps, and loads
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, policies, and regulations
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver License and clean driving record
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Experience working with hand tools and assembly
- Familiarity with NEC codes
- Basic understanding of electrical single-line diagrams
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- General computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office
- Ability to operate hand tools, semi-automatic equipment, pallet jack, and forklift (training provided)
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensation/salary range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
