Job Description

The role involves overseeing full life-cycle university recruitment and collaborating with the global Talent Acquisition team to attract and evaluate top talent for Charles River Associates. Responsibilities include managing candidate communication, analyzing recruitment data, and participating in campus events to enhance the firm's employer brand.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee university recruiting for full-time and internship positions.
  • Work with internal hiring managers to market roles and evaluate candidates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with university personnel and career centers.
  • Manage the overall candidate lifecycle and communication processes.
  • Create reports and analyze data to evaluate university recruiting efforts.
  • Research and communicate market trends.
  • Market CRA's value proposition and execute brand-building events.
  • Coordinate logistics and participate in campus-related events.
  • Track recruiting data within the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Support other Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent relevant full-time work experience.
  • 2-4 years related work experience with university recruiting in a complex, fast-paced, and high-volume business consulting or professional services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with advanced knowledge of Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables).
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, specifically Greenhouse, and other recruiting technologies (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated high level of initiative, problem solving, and leadership.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration capabilities.
  • Excellent time management, task prioritization, and detail orientation.
  • Good judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Flexibility for evening events, occasional weekend work, and periodic overnight travel.
