Job Description
The Program Manager at ERG will oversee facilities support programs for a U.S. Navy organization, managing a team and ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards, as well as project management and operational support functions.
Responsibilities
- •Plan and manage large, multi-year facilities programs.
- •Oversee facilities support functions including environmental, health, and safety compliance.
- •Manage facilities planning, design, and construction project management.
- •Review design drawings and specifications.
- •Provide operations and maintenance support, including work order management.
- •Coordinate weight handling equipment support and equipment repair and maintenance.
- •Support facilities data management and accounting budget data monitoring.
- •Manage human resources support for the program.
- •Supervise full-time staff and coordinate part-time subcontractors.
Requirements
- •Possess a bachelor's degree in engineering or business from an accredited college or university.
- •Have over ten years of demonstrated experience in planning and managing large, multi-year facilities programs.
- •Ability to prioritize, perform, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- •Experience managing facilities support functions including environmental, health, and safety compliance, facilities planning, design, construction project management, review of design drawings and specifications, operations and maintenance support, work order management, weight handling equipment support, equipment repair and maintenance, facilities data management support, accounting, budget data monitoring and tracking, and human resources support.
- •Ability to manage a program size of 5 full-time on-site staff plus coordination of part-time subcontractors, with the potential to increase to 25 staff plus subcontractors.
