Job Description
The Office Administrator Intern at Zartis will support the Operations team by coordinating office procedures, managing colleague queries, and ensuring effective service delivery while maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating office procedures and maintaining standards
- Managing and responding to colleagues' queries via Slack and email
- Interfacing with third-parties to resolve requests and complaints
- Ensuring office physical security
- Performing administrative tasks and maintaining business-related records
- Managing merchandising, including item proposals and delivery oversight
- Achieving high levels of satisfaction and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
- Identifying and suggesting improvement opportunities
- Helping manage company assets
Requirements
- Experience as a receptionist, office assistant, administrator or similar of at least 6 months.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- A high school diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Capacity to work from the office 5 times a week.
