Job Description
The position involves assisting with drilling operations and equipment management in the renewable energy sector, specifically focusing on energy efficiency and clean energy solutions. Candidates will gain hands-on experience with drilling technologies while adhering to safety and quality regulations.
Responsibilities
- •Assisting with demobilization of equipment
- •Mixing drilling mud and grout
- •Handling drill pipe and casing
- •Operating auxiliary equipment between projects
- •Assisting with loading and unloading of equipment and material
- •Driving company vehicles to and from job sites
- •Assisting with drilling procedures on the drilling platform
- •Following all safety and quality regulations and instructions
- •Keeping equipment and drilling platform clean and orderly
- •Performing maintenance tasks at specified intervals
- •Performing inventory stock intake as required
- •Hauling, lifting 60-80 lbs., moving, loading, and digging materials and equipment
Requirements
- •High School Diploma required.
- •Ability to operate heavy machinery.
- •Ability to safely lift weights of 50 pounds overhead.
- •Must have an OSHA 30 SST Card, CPR, First Aid, Rigging, and Flagger certification strongly preferred.
- •Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license with the ability to obtain CDL.
- •Ability to travel to various locations as required by the job.
- •Must be able to obtain coverage under company automobile insurance policy with a clean driving record; certain age restrictions may apply.
- •Eager to build a career in drilling and renewable energy.
- •Willingness to get your hands dirty and engage in constant physical labor.
- •Ability to haul, lift 60-80 lbs., move, load, and dig materials and equipment.
- •Requires standing and bending for extended periods of time.
- •Comfortability working outdoors in all elements.
- •Expected to work a minimum of forty (40) hours per week.
- •Must be willing to be away from home overnight travel 5 days a week.
- •All Brightcore Energy positions require a pre-employment background check that includes prior employment verifications, a criminal history check, and a pre-employment drug screen.

- •Compensation/salary range: $34.50 - $37.00 per hour
- •Work schedule: Minimum of 40 hours per week, eligible for overtime pay
