Job Description
The Civil Engineering Project Manager at Atwell, LLC will lead project teams, manage client relations, and oversee site civil engineering projects from initial entitlement stages to construction, ensuring engineering excellence and compliance with permitting requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project teams and build strong client relationships from contract procurement to project coordination.
- Ensure engineering excellence by applying sound engineering principles and maintaining high quality in site civil engineering projects.
- Manage a diverse range of land development-related design disciplines including potable water and wastewater systems.
- Oversee projects from initial entitlement stages through to construction completion.
- Handle multiple permitting entitlements across various government agencies and manage complex permitting strategies.
- Participate in marketing efforts to raise the company's profile and nurture client relationships.
- Mentor and train team members to foster a culture of growth and excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum of a B.S. in Civil Engineering from an EAC ABET Accredited University.
- P.E. licensure is required.
- Relevant work experience in Arizona is preferred.

Compensation: $115,000 - $155,000
