Job Description
The Project Manager II at Energy Solutions will oversee pilot implementation projects aimed at introducing new energy products and services, managing project deliverables, and facilitating collaboration among stakeholders to drive energy efficiency and greenhouse gas reductions.
Responsibilities
- •Manage overall direction, quality control, and completion of project deliverables
- •Craft pilot vision, direction, execution, and completion of program deliverables
- •Facilitate new pilot launches and manage multiple projects to conclusion
- •Communicate program and market progress to management, clients, and stakeholders
- •Interact with customers, clients, and external collaborators
- •Conduct market research and data analysis
- •Develop and manage complex project budgets and tasks
- •Track industry trends and market changes impacting energy efficiency
- •Organize and facilitate meetings and collaboration sessions
- •Conduct program stakeholder meetings and proactively resolve potential issues
Requirements
- •A bachelor's degree with an energy focus, preference being towards engineering, environmental science or business.
- •Minimum of 5 years of work experience, with graduate school years applicable.
- •A minimum of 5 years project management experience.
- •Familiarity with industry related technologies.
- •Demonstrated ability to conduct large, collaborative, facilitated sessions.
- •Strong technical writing, data analysis, verbal communication and presentation skills.
- •Ability to manage tactical and strategic tasks.
- •Strong client communication and client relationship management skills.
- •Extensive experience using Microsoft Office, Office365, SharePoint, and OneNote.
- •Ability to work, drive, and thrive juggling many activities and communications.
- •Flexibility and adaptability in regard to project focus.
- •Willingness to conduct occasional business travel.
- •Authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
