Job Description
The job involves working with internal stakeholders to create targeted audience segments for various marketing campaigns, utilizing tools like Pardot and Adobe Analytics, while also improving data quality and providing actionable insights through data analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Build targeted audience segments and create profiling for campaigns using Pardot, Adobe Audience Manager, and Adobe Analytics
- Collaborate with cross departmental stakeholders for process visualization
- Extract and summarize customer and product data using Excel and SQL
- Perform text mining on email data and analyze performance metrics to provide content insights
- Improve data quality by processing data and creating mappings through Informatica Data Quality
- Build reports using Power BI, Excel, and Adobe Analytics, and present findings
- Create workflows for project and task management in Workfront
- Implement integration techniques for location analytics using ArcGIS Online and Pardot
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, GIS, or a related field of study.
- Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained.
- In lieu of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, GIS, or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience, the employer will also accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, GIS, or a related field of study AND two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Experience improving processes and workflows using templates and projects in Workfront.
- Experience with Demandbase Analytics, Journeys, and Orchestration.
- Experience as an Informatica Developer, with the ability to create physical data objects including reference tables, mapplets, transformations, and mappings.
- Experience with Satori BulkMailer, including understanding of direct mail processes such as address validation, move updates, and deduplication.

Base salary range: 140,546 - 142,000 USD
