Job Description
The job involves serving as a product engineer focused on documentation for ArcGIS Enterprise, where you will design, write, and deliver technical documentation related to REST APIs and other educational resources, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity and accuracy in conveying complex concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contributor for ArcGIS Enterprise on Kubernetes administrative REST API documentation
- Collaborate with feature and framework teams to translate complex concepts into clear technical documentation
- Contribute to educational resources such as blogs, lessons, and playlists
- Test new features to ensure accurate representation of workflows and endpoints
- Triage and address customer-reported documentation issues
Requirements
- 2 years of professional writing experience, ideally with developer documentation REST API, SDK, and more.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective project management, time management, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in GIS, computer science, technical communication, or related fields.
- Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, or other geospatial technology.

Compensation range: 76,960 - 128,544 USD
