Job Description
Atwell, LLC is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to oversee land-related projects, manage client relationships, and ensure successful project execution within scope, budget, and timeline.
Responsibilities
- •Manage land-related projects
- •Collaborate with clients to define project scope, budget, and schedule
- •Assemble and lead project teams, assigning clear responsibilities
- •Negotiate and manage contracts with sub-consultants and clients
- •Monitor project progress to ensure objectives are met
- •Provide coaching and mentoring to team members
- •Develop and manage project budgets
- •Ensure timely invoicing and collection of accounts receivable
- •Foster and cultivate strong business relationships with clients
- •Drive business development initiatives to expand opportunities
Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree
- •A minimum of 4 years of Project Management experience, preferably in the energy sector with a focus on right-of-way acquisition for renewable energy programs or related energy fields.
