Job Description
The role involves leveraging consultative sales experience to promote and secure training solutions for Esri technology, particularly focusing on government and B2B organizations. The individual will work closely with customers to understand their needs and craft tailored solutions that enhance their use of ArcGIS.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize available resources to achieve sales targets as an individual contributor
- Proactively seek out training opportunities by consulting with government or B2B organizations
- Work with interested customers to propose training and service solutions
- Communicate the value of training and services to internal and external customers
- Collaborate with teams across Esri to contribute to total package solutions
- Manage the sales cycle from discovery to close using consultative skills
- Leverage networking skills to expand customer contacts at events
Requirements
- 5 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in government or B2B.
- Direct work-related experience in or familiarity with the organizations and operations of the government communities.
- Demonstrated ability to be creative in the consultative sales process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel as needed, up to 20% of the time.
- US citizenship and willingness and ability to maintain a US Security Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Compensation range: 93,600 - 178,880 USD
