Job Description
This position involves leveraging consulting and sales experience to assist organizations in achieving their geospatial objectives through change management engagements, focusing on the adoption of ArcGIS technology. The role requires building relationships with customers, developing business opportunities, and executing strategic solutions to enhance technology implementation.
Responsibilities
- •Prospect, develop, and propose change management strategies for geospatial technology deployment
- •Maintain a pipeline of business development opportunities and secure consulting engagements
- •Build professional network through trade shows and workshops
- •Use solution-selling skills to understand customer needs and challenges
- •Articulate the value of Esri technology for people-focused adoption
- •Execute business development sales processes for opportunities
- •Utilize visual storytelling techniques to propose customer solutions
- •Demonstrate effective account management with internal teams and customers
- •Leverage change management knowledge to promote internal Adoption Strategy
Requirements
- •5 years of professional experience with enterprise business development sales, account planning, and account management at executive levels
- •Demonstrated ability to apply consultative sales process
- •Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and develop appropriate solutions
- •Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and teamwork skills
- •Demonstrated strong attention to detail, follow through and organizational skills
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills and active listening skills
- •Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
- •Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US
- •Bachelor's in business administration, marketing, or related field
