Job Description
The Process, Efficiency Optimization Champion at Peak Energy will drive operational excellence by designing and implementing optimized workflows and business systems across the organization, focusing on enhancing efficiency and supporting the company's growth in renewable energy projects in Asia.
Responsibilities
- •Assess current workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
- •Develop and implement standardized processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- •Support the selection, deployment, and integration of key business systems.
- •Design and implement a structured process for complex investment approvals.
- •Define clear governance frameworks to ensure transparency and accountability.
- •Identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
- •Evaluate and deploy AI tools that support automation and process optimization.
Requirements
- •Proven experience in process optimization, business transformation, or operational excellence roles.
- •Demonstrated familiarity with a range of enterprise tools including ERP, CRM, finance, procurement, and HR systems.
- •Experience in designing governance frameworks and approval processes.
- •Knowledge of the latest AI-driven process automation and emerging technologies.
- •Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- •Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
