Job Description
The job involves leading corporate-wide scheduling efforts and project controls using Oracle Primavera Cloud to support Rondo Energy's mission of decarbonizing industrial processes. The role requires collaboration across various teams to ensure project timelines are met and resources are effectively managed.
Responsibilities
- •Lead corporate-wide scheduling efforts using Oracle Primavera Cloud software.
- •Develop strategic schedule templates for various business processes.
- •Develop and maintain detailed project schedules ensuring alignment with project goals.
- •Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project planning and execution.
- •Implement project management metrics and controls to monitor progress and risks.
- •Liaise with construction contractors to integrate project schedules and metrics.
- •Coordinate supply chain planning to support project requirements.
- •Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in planning processes and tools.
- •Engage stakeholders for approvals on planning tools and schedules.
- •Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and resource utilization.
Requirements
- •Bachelor s degree in engineering various disciplines, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- •Minimum of 5 years in production planning or scheduling roles.
- •Proficiency in Primavera Cloud, P6, and other project management software.
- •Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- •Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- •Ability to work independently and handle complex situations.
