Job Description
The Office Manager Events Planner at Equilibrium Energy is responsible for overseeing daily office operations across multiple regional hubs and planning internal and external events. This role requires excellent organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication to ensure smooth operations and engaging event experiences.
Responsibilities
- •Oversee general office operations, including supplies management and facility maintenance
- •Serve as the first point of contact for staff and visitors
- •Maintain office policies and procedures
- •Manage office budgets and track expenditure
- •Coordinate with HR and other departments for smooth operations
- •Plan and execute company events including staff meetings and client events
- •Source venues, caterers, and vendors for events
- •Develop event timelines and run-of-show schedules
- •Coordinate internal communications and promotional materials for events
- •Evaluate event success and provide post-event analysis
- •Support a wide range of Business Operations responsibilities
- •Manage various regulatory and compliance obligations
- •Produce financial analyses of corporate travel spend and policy compliance
Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree
- •3 years of experience in office management and/or event planning
- •Strong organizational and time-management skills
- •Excellent written and verbal communication
- •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, with advanced skills in PowerPoint and Google Slides
- •Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- •This role is required to be in-office in downtown San Francisco five days a week
