Job Description
The CRM Lifecycle Marketing Manager will develop and execute CRM strategies and campaigns to enhance customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value for homeowners. This role involves leveraging data-driven insights to create personalized marketing experiences and manage multi-channel communication efforts.
Responsibilities
- •Plan, implement, and optimize CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and other channels.
- •Design and manage customer lifecycle journeys for personalized experiences.
- •Develop, execute, and optimize a customer referral program.
- •Monitor campaign performance metrics and optimize for better results.
- •Leverage customer data for segmentation strategies and actionable insights.
- •Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
- •Utilize CRM platforms and marketing automation tools to manage campaigns.
- •Analyze customer behavior and feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- •3-5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or related roles.
- •Proven track record of managing successful multi-channel campaigns and improving customer retention metrics.
- •Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- •Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools such as Klaviyo, Salesforce, or Braze.
- •Proficiency in data visualization tools and reporting platforms such as Metabase, Tableau, Looker, or Excel.
- •Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- •Detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
