Job Description

The CRM Lifecycle Marketing Manager will develop and execute CRM strategies and campaigns to enhance customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value for homeowners. This role involves leveraging data-driven insights to create personalized marketing experiences and manage multi-channel communication efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and optimize CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and other channels.
  • Design and manage customer lifecycle journeys for personalized experiences.
  • Develop, execute, and optimize a customer referral program.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and optimize for better results.
  • Leverage customer data for segmentation strategies and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Utilize CRM platforms and marketing automation tools to manage campaigns.
  • Analyze customer behavior and feedback to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of managing successful multi-channel campaigns and improving customer retention metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools such as Klaviyo, Salesforce, or Braze.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and reporting platforms such as Metabase, Tableau, Looker, or Excel.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A problem-solver who thrives on challenges and is driven by results.
