Job Description
The Analyst on the Strategic Analytics team at Plus Power will support data management, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making within the energy storage sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency through collaboration with internal teams.
- Gather requirements and support data-driven decision-making with cross-functional teams.
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to strategic analytics.
Requirements
- Minimum BA/BS in economics, finance, data science, business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-focused role.
- Ability to synthesize and present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deliver timely, high-quality results.
- Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail.
- Intermediate to advanced experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Power Query, SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the Microsoft suite of tools and applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
