Requirements
- Experience in a technical account management role or similar position within the energy sector.
- Proven ability to support clients post-migration and guide them on their growth journey with technology.
- Strong understanding of Customer Information Systems (CIS), billing, meter data management, CRM, and AI-driven communications.
- Demonstrated leadership skills to manage client relationships and drive customer success.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on energy management and sustainability.
