Job Description
The Aprio 2026 Internship Program offers high-potential accounting students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Tax and Audit within a nationally ranked CPA and advisory firm. Interns will work with diverse clients, engage in real-world projects, and participate in professional development activities.
Responsibilities
- •Deliver tax services for multiple clients in various industries
- •Provide tax planning, consulting, and compliance services
- •Work closely with partners on innovative tax planning strategies
- •Assist in improving financial reporting capabilities and internal controls
- •Evaluate accounting issues and stay updated on new accounting regulations
- •Assess the quality of information for strategic business decisions
- •Identify areas for improving operating efficiencies
Requirements
- •Candidates must be high-potential accounting students interested in Audit and Tax.
- •Internship positions are available for Spring 2026 (January - April) and Summer 2026 (June - August).
- •Interns will work with small, medium, and large clients, benefiting from a diverse client base and one-on-one contact with clients and partners.
- •Interns will complete a group project involving volunteering and social impact.
- •Interns must be able to work in various office locations including Atlanta, GA; Conyers, GA; Valdosta, GA; Birmingham, AL; San Francisco, CA; Walnut Creek, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Denver, CO; Miami, FL; Chicago, IL; Fairfield, NJ; Hackensack, NJ; Charlotte, NC; Greensboro, NC; Mount Airy, NC; New York City, NY; Nashville, TN; Austin, TX; San Antonio, TX; Washington, DC Metro; and Reno, NV.
