Job Description
The Senior Customer Consultant at Jushi Holdings Inc. will lead a team in a dispensary setting, focusing on customer service, inventory management, and team motivation while ensuring a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Dispensary Manager and Shift Supervisors to lead the team
- Receive deliveries and input inventory data
- Restock product on the floor and ensure FIFO order
- Mentor, motivate, elevate, and inspire the team
Requirements
- The Senior Customer Consultant will partner with the Dispensary Manager and Shift Supervisors to lead the team.
- The Senior Customer Consultant will be primarily responsible for receiving deliveries, inputting inventory data, restocking product on the floor, and ensuring that all product remains in FIFO order.
- The Senior Customer Consultant should mentor, motivate, elevate, and inspire the team by keeping a positive and can-do attitude at all times.
