Job Description
A Technical Support Engineer responsible for providing technical solutions and support for turnaround projects within the EMEA region, supporting on-site operations and collaborating with internal teams to grow the company's service and turnaround business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support on-site turnaround projects within the EMEA region
- Provide technical support to clients and internal sales teams
- Solve technical problems and develop engineered solutions for clients
- Assist in growing the Service and Turnaround business in the EMEA region
Requirements
- Supporting on-site turnaround projects in the EMEA region as part of the Global Field Services Turnarounds team.
- Providing technical support to clients and internal sales members across the EMEA region.
- Solving technical problems and providing innovative engineered solutions for the client base within the EMEA region.
- Supporting the wider team at Zeeco's facility in Stamford, Rutland UK.
- Adapting to business requirements to deliver effective technical support.
