Job Description
An experienced welder fabricator responsible for performing welding and fabrication activities using various materials to support manufacturing of equipment such as flare tips, burners, skids, and pressure vessels, while interpreting engineering drawings and ensuring timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform fabricating and welding activities using Carbon, Stainless Steels, and High Nickel Alloys.
- Interpret engineering drawings to determine materials and cutting lists.
- Plan task sequences to support fabrication processes.
- Ensure continuous workflow and prioritize tasks to meet delivery deadlines.
Requirements
- Experience as a Class 1 Welder Fabricator Plater with the ability to perform a variety of fabricating and welding activities.
- Proficiency in working with Carbon Steels, Stainless Steels, and High Nickel Alloys.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials related to fabricating Flare Tips, Power Burners, Process Burners, Skids, and Pressure Vessels.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings to determine materials and cutting lists.
- Ability to plan task sequences effectively to support manufacturing workflows.
- Ability to determine priorities to ensure continuous workflow between disciplines.
- Experience in fulfilling delivery of fabricated components to meet target dates and ensure on-time delivery.
