A Senior Treasury Analyst responsible for managing global cash operations, foreign exchange risk, banking relationships, and insurance programs, while providing financial analysis, forecasting, and process improvements to support strategic initiatives and ensure financial visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Manage global cash operations, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting cash flow and positions
Analyze and prepare cash flow reports, identifying variances
Review and report on bank and merchant fees
Manage foreign exchange risk, including monitoring FX exposures and supporting hedging strategies
Support FX front office processes such as trade loading, rate updates, and settlement instructions
Evaluate and recommend banking products, services, and platforms
Assess and optimize global banking relationships, including fee structures and risk management
Collaborate with FP&A and business units to develop and improve cash flow forecasts and borrowing models
Coordinate with internal teams to identify and mitigate forecasting variances
Assist departments with treasury-related requests and prepare presentation materials for financial reviews
Evaluate and coordinate domestic and international insurance programs, including risk assessments and claims analysis
Support the management of insurance relationships and ensure compliance across global operations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in treasury, finance, or related roles
Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting, foreign exchange (FX) risk management, and banking operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or in a group setting
Skilled at managing several projects and assignments concurrently while maintaining normal job duties and timelines
Capable of adapting to changing circumstances and meeting deadlines
Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to work with personnel at all organizational levels both foreign and domestic
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly
Demonstrated success in identifying and implementing process improvements
