Job Description
A Senior Construction and Quantity Surveying Planner responsible for planning, cost control, and technical coordination of maintenance and construction projects in industrial and chemical facilities, ensuring projects are well-defined, financially sound, and safely executed.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality planning, cost control, and technical coordination for maintenance and construction projects
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to define project scope and objectives
- Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and are commercially sound
Requirements
- Deliver high quality planning, cost control, and technical coordination for maintenance and construction projects across industrial and chemical facilities.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are well defined, commercially sound, and executed safely and efficiently.
- Possess experience in construction and quantity surveying planning, including planning, cost control, and technical coordination.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage projects involving maintenance and construction activities within industrial and chemical facilities.
- Be willing to travel up to 30% globally for project needs.
- Be office-based near Oakham.
